DIAMOND GRIT TOOLS For centerless, surface and cylindrical grinding, JOMA Diamond Grit Tools offer the advantage of fresh, uniformly distributed diamond points continuously exposed as the tool is consumed. This does away with the need to turn or reset, thus eliminating downtime. Grit tools increase production efficiency through faster truing and dressing and extend wheel life because less stock is removed per dressing cycle. Use JOMA Diamond Grit Tools for straight traverse dressing (1A, 2A, 3A, 1B, 2B, 1R &2R), for step, angular or form dressing (3A) and for thread grinder dressing (1R). Choose from coarse, medium or fine grit (see chart below).
